I have a lot of feelings about this because for 7 years I have worked on my credit and maintained a positive side of all of my accounts. However, with Wells Fargo's decision to drop a great customer, they have in turn negatively impacted my credit, which is counterproductive for the entire reason I got involved with this company. Too many open credit accounts again, Not true and low credit score. I am at zero balance and have never exceeded my limit. Higher limit than available again, Not true. I have a zero balance and have always made my payments on or before the due date. Some of the things that they put were low payments to balance, not true. I just received a letter that said Well Fargo closed my credit card account and could not reveal all of the decisions in the process. I have been extremely conscious of all of my credit-making decisions because ultimately my credit score improving was my goal. My credit score had improved dramatically as I was working on it in various ways. I maintained my excellent on time payments. I got the secured card with $300 and 5 years later after maintaining excellent on time payments and kept my balance at or below 30% of my available $300 credit, I was approved for one of their credit cards. This was the first place I looked to and now it has done nothing except negatively impact my credit. 7 years ago I opened a secured card account with Wells Fargo in order to improve my credit.
